Voilation issued for 27, Monitoring , Routing failure to report Chlorine Residual with a Coliform Sample Result 8/1/21 to 8/31/21.  Corrective action - Chlorine Residual was collected for the right time frame and system but employee wrote the wrong PWSID# on paperwork.  Employees are double checking their paperwork before submitting sample. 

Violation issued for 3A, monitoring, routing, major; valid compliance total coliform sample not reported 8/1/21 to 8/31/21.  Corrective action - Sample was collected for the correct time period and the correct system and sample was good.  Employee put the wrong PWSID# on paperwork.  Employees are double checking their work.
